Corporate and Securities PSL - Work in Singapore - Experienced Associate Needed

Corporate & Securities PSL (Primary Role)

* Negotiate the practice group knowledge plan with Practice Group Knowledge Partner / Practice Group Leader, and achieve objectives in that plan
* Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant industries and practice areas, and prepare update summaries for relevant practice groups; be an expert in the relevant area of law (Corporate and Securities)
* Draft precedent documents including all core precedents and provide training to Practice Group lawyers on the same including all core precedents and provide training to Practice Group lawyers on the same; and convert work product into precedents by editing documents prepared by transaction lawyers to ensure they are written in plain English and are consistent with the Baker & McKenzie style
* Supervise the automation of precedent documents
* Undertake legal research as required
* Prepare training materials and present seminars and training sessions on recent developments in an industry or a legal practice area to the lawyers servicing that industry or practising in that area or to clients
* Maintain Practice Group's intranet page
* Assist with the preparation of client facing materials including newsletters, brochures, pitches, tenders and capability statements
* Maintain relationships with Global PSLs and PSLs from other Baker & McKenzie offices
